Morning Radiance is designed as a holistic practice that nourishes every layer of your being—physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each class is thoughtfully guided by a theme that invites you to connect with the fullness of who you are and the boundless potential within your practice.
We begin with gentle movement and breath to awaken and energize the body, followed by a pause to center and set personal intentions to deepen your experience. Through embodied movement and exploration of grounding, flow, edge, heart opening, truth, intuition, and oneness, you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness.
We conclude in stillness, allowing the practice to integrate and settle within.

YIN YOGA AND MINDFULNESS
THURSDAYS 7-8:15PM
WITH JAN MOORE 500RYT
Yin Yoga is a practice of yoga asanas (or poses) that apply moderate stress to the connective
tissues of the body – the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing
circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals
are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. In this
practice, we go to our edge, come to stillness and hold for time (2-5 minutes). This pause
encourages us to be fully present with our breath and is a beautiful practice of patience and
self-acceptance and awareness.
