Here at LotUS

Lotus Yoga is a sanctuary for yoga, meditation, and healing. Our small studio offers a welcoming and peaceful environment for you to connect with your mind, body, and spirit. We believe that yoga is a journey of self-discovery and that each individual's path is unique. Our experienced teachers are here to guide and support you in your practice. We offer various classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Come visit us to experience the transformative power of yoga.
