Lotus Yoga is a sacred space for healing, transformation, and inner peace. Our intimate studio is a sanctuary where you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your true self.
At Lotus Yoga, we honor yoga as a path of self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and holistic healing. Each soul’s journey is unique, and we are here to gently support yours with compassion, presence, and wisdom.
Our experienced and heart-centered teachers guide practices that nourish the body, quiet the mind, and uplift the spirit. We offer a variety of classes suitable for all levels—from those just beginning their journey to seasoned practitioners seeking deeper connection.
To preserve the sacred energy of our space, we limit class sizes to 15 participants. Please register in advance through the Book Online tab to reserve your spot.
